Mattel has really lined up some wonderful dolls for 2000. Overall, the realism has increased in the play line and the collector dolls are very special this year as well. The new Barbie Fashion Model doll is spectacular. With her vintage style face sculpting, quality vinyl body and finely detailed clothes...she is going to be on many collector's "want lists" this year. Other personal favorites were Barbie as Wonder Woman and the new Generation Girl Friends Blaine and Mari. The new playsets are fantastic with the Generation Girl International High School being a "must have". Here are some of the dolls and accessories that caught our eye in the Mattel showroom.
