Our day starts with a-behind-the-scenes tour of the RMS Queen Mary. This tour includes visits to such off-limits areas as the ship's drive train, boiler room, engine room and the First Class section. Our tour guide will focus on the Queen's service as a troop carrier during WWII and some of her many "ghost" stories. After the tour, we visited San Pedro's Ports O' Call Village where we had lunch on our own among the Tudor-era buildings. After lunch and a little time for shopping, we departed on a narrated cruise of the Long Beach Harbor. |
