General Dwight D. Eisenhower
General Dwight D. Eisenhower, a graduate of West Point, was named Supreme Commander of the Allied Expeditionary Forces in 1943. After the June 6, 1944 Normandy invasion, he was promoted to General of the Army. General Eisenhower comes dressed in officer cap, garrison cap with stars, shirt, tie, decorated Ike jacket, decorated overcoat and dog tags. A stand, patch, acrylic display, a U.S. flag, a U.S. Army flag and base are also included.
General Patton
Born to a family rich in military history dating back to the Revolutinary War, General Patton always felt he was destined for military greatness. He saw his first battle in 1916 in Mexico, as aide to General Pershing. During WWI, Lt. Colonel Patton trained and successfully led U.S. tank crews in France. During WWII, he led the corps in Africa, 7th Army in Sicily, and 3rd Army in France.
